There's nothing I dislike about painting. I LOVE TO PAINT, BUT I REFUSE TO USE A ROLLER. I HAVE PAINTED EVERY ROOM IN MY HOUSE 3 TIMES, IN 25 YEARS AND I ONLY PAINT WITH A BRUSH!. NO, you don't see brush marks.

Without a doubt the new table is exactly what the room needed. You and your sweetie did an amazing job. The faux brick made the faux fireplace. Beautiful home.

I've been to Mackinac Island 68 times .Sometimes going 3 times per year when I lived in Cincinnati Ohio. Now live in Melbourne fl and only have been to Straits of Mackinac 2 times since 2017.

Yes my Goodwill is outrageous on the prices…..From what I see watching other people in different states there Goodwill is price high …

After all that you found the right color green it looks awesome I also live in a Victorian inspired house with lots of medium to dark wood molding around the windows and doors and solid hardwood floors in the whole entire main floor etc. lots of wood the green looks awesome with it

Elizabeth!! Your table and fireplace mantel just adds to the antique, classic look in this room. You have made so much progress. Seems to me that the added elements are just continuting to enhance this space. Shocking. However, I don't think the nautical theme blends into with the rest of the style. I love the popular green but will need to be cautious with the different colors of transferware. Maybe put them together in another room. brown transferware or all whites would be fantastic. Try dark blue too but reds and medium blues seem to fight the green. IMHO

Congratulations on your pregnancy. I must have missed your announcement for the upcoming baby. I liked the second table the best. I prefer stained furniture to painted. Love your decorating style.❤️
